Do I need Reservations?   Although it is not necessary it is always a good idea to call ahead of your move and    have us reserve a space for you.  This may also give you peace of mind before making that long journey. Who has access to my unit? You supply the lock and key for your individual unit.  So only you have access to your unit.  If you do not have a good quality lock, a secure disc type lock can be purchased from us for a nominal fee.   How long will the rental process take? Our pre-printed lease forms make it a very simple and painless process. We do all the work.  We fill in the blanks explain the lease to you and you sign.  From start to finish is completed in less than 10 minutes. Do I need insurance? Insurance is your responsibility.  Check with your homeowners or renters insurance to see what coverage's are extended to you.  Many insurance policies cover items away from your primary residence. Is there a minimum lease?   NO! One day to infinity, you decide.
